The MCA Business Center is a 150,139 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility located in beautiful Temecula, CA. Situated just South of the 15 / 215 freeway interchange, the speculative warehouse building was built for developer MCA Realty and represents the first ground-up project completed in Temecula in more than a decade (Fullmer delivered the 15-building Temecula Corporate Center in 2008).

Carson Commerce Center Completed in Carson, CA


Fullmer Construction recently completed the Carson Commerce Center in Carson, CA. Situated just off the 101 freeway, the new 147,059 square foot concrete tilt-up “Class A” distribution facility was built for Alere Property Group as a speculative development.

Six-Building Industrial Park "The Ranch" Completed in Eastvale, CA


The Ranch is a six-building master-planned industrial park built for developer First Industrial in Eastvale, CA. Totaling 936,000 square feet, the buildings are situated on a vast 52-acre site just East of the Chino Airport, near the 15 and 60 freeways. The six buildings range in size from 49,571 to 301,388 square feet.

Friendship Baptist Church Completed in Rialto, CA


Friendship Baptist Church is a new 2,490 square foot single-story wood frame church building located in Rialto, CA. Situated at the corner of Laurel and Baseline, Fullmer constructed this new facility for Friendship Baptist as a relocation from their original site one block away on Alder Avenue; that location was demolished as part of the process in constructing the I-210 Logistics Center III, completed by Fullmer in 2017.

Vistar Cooler/Freezer Tenant Improvement Completed in Fontana, CA


Fullmer Construction recently completed a 273,172 square foot cooler/freezer tenant improvement, located within building 1 of the Citrus Commerce Center in Fontana, CA. Constructed for Vistar, one of the nation’s leading wholesale distributors of foodservice products, their new distribution location consists of 203,859 square feet of warehouse space and 10,032 square feet of office space.

Liberty Distribution Center Completed in Redlands, CA


The Liberty Distribution Center is a 156,323 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building recently completed in Redlands, CA. Situated on an 8-acre site with easy access to the 10, 210 and 215 freeways, the finished product was built for Liberty Property Trust and represents the developer’s first complete ground-up industrial project in the Southern California market.

Meridian Distribution Center II Completed in Riverside, CA


Meridian Distribution Center II is a 503,592 square foot concrete tilt-up distribution facility recently completed in Riverside, CA. Located just off the 215 freeway directly across from March Air Reserve Base, the new speculative warehouse building sits in a key location on a 27-acre site within the booming I-215 industrial corridor.

  • Load or unload building materials to be used on construction site.
  • Knowledge of light painting, patching, and punch list items.


Baseline Distribution Center Completed in Rialto, CA


Fullmer Construction recently completed the Baseline Distribution Center, located in at the corner of Baseline Road and Laurel Avenue in Rialto, CA. Situated on an 8-acre site, the new 174,438 square foot industrial building is the third of four buildings built by Fullmer simultaneously within a block of each other in the rapidly-expanding Renaissance Development just off the 210 freeway. Built for developer Shaw Properties, the facility is strategically located 6 miles from the BNSF and Union Pacific train yards, and less than 100 miles from the Ports of LA and Long Beach.
