This unique 75,000 square foot multipurpose primary sanctuary/sports center gave way to the development of supporting a full menu kitchen, cafe bar, multiplex conference rooms, kids playrooms with performing stages, staff offices and state of the art audio, video, CCTV and professional performing stage. This unique piece of land created parking challenges that were resolved by a full two story parking structure that accommodated the multitude of venues at the same time. The existing sanctuary remained in place and occupied while the new development was constructed.
Church Campuses Sample Projects
From the original conceptual design and full working drawings, Mariners original budget was exceeded and looking like the new sanctuary would be put on indefinite hold. Mariners reached out to Fullmer and selected design team to help redesign the structure, interior, and site work, to help bring the project in line with projected budgets, while making sure critical design elements were part of the project. With some creative structural changes, value engineering, competitive pricing, and partnering with many talented designers and engineers, Mariners budget and campus criteria was satisfied and the project moved forward. The new sanctuary, theater seating, full production stage, retail store/coffee shop, kids play area, and campus like setting, provided Mariners with the original design intent while keeping check on the overall construction budget. Fullmer and Mariners team effort resulted in one of the most innovative and functional campus designs in the OC area.
The 71,184 square feet of Calvary Reform combines a Sanctuary, Child Care and School Room center, entertainments stages and meeting halls together to provide Chino with the most state of the art church campus in the area. The unique positioning of multiple buildings creates a campus like setting while accommodating the movement of a large population in a short period of time. Design concepts and specialty features also help to accent the building perimeter and create interest in a cost effective structure that fit well into the budget.
For Saddleback Church, Fullmer constructed a new Children's Ministry Center complete with space for students from nursery through sixth grade. Fullmer was able to create a multi-story building to create a new home for children to learn about God.
Through the renovation of a warehouse in Riverside California, Fullmer was able to create a new worship sanctuary center, educational facility and mezzanine to house the growing Sandals church. The inside of the warehouse was completely transformed giving the building a safe feeling to encourage worship and community.
