As seen off the 10 freeway, this unique building design was one of Fullmer's greatest challenges. Exterior walls that lean outward with angled corners and extended canopies. 60,000 square feet of fully functional medical training center inclusive of classrooms, hospital like surgery and check up rooms, computer training systems and a unique lobby that has the feel of the true outdoors. In every aspect all engineers and designers went to the tenth degree to create such a spectacular building.
Our role was as a development manager to the client so it was important to us that the chosen contractor execute flawlessly, as necessary to meet the client’s expectations. The project required grading finesse around several municipal owned underground structures and seamless melding with the existing parking lot. In the end the project was a success and the client was pleased.
