Fullmer built one 11,000 square foot concrete tilt-up building to serve as the new CHP Headquarters in Sacramento. The building was nominated by Sacramento's Biz Journals for an architecture award in 2011. Fullmer also completed 287,544 square feet of tenant improvements to three existing buildings including the development of steel structure with helipad.
