A unique two building office complex of grade A core and shell improvements was attached to an additional 110,000 square feet of open area for expansion on the first and second floors. Each building featured a complete core improvement with selective high end materials and finishes to accent the elaborate exterior details of stone, wall cornices, enhanced lighting and paint pallet. This complex sits within a Corporate setting of office and manufacturing companies. Fullmer conquered a tight budget and expedited schedule for the developer.
