Temecula Corporate Center consists of seven office space tilt- up buildings for both single story and two story offices with elevator capabilities as well as eight flex tilt-up buildings. The buildings total 186,700 square feet accommodating small office, warehousing and distribution with mezzanines for second floor build outs. The buildings all have their own flavor, but the architecture and design tie them together into one park.
