DOLE (Walmart)

Located in Riverside, California, Fullmer recently completed a 507,000 square foot cooler/freezer facility for Dole and Walmart. The project showed Fullmer's capacity to work under time constraints and complete the project to the owner's satisfaction.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for doing such a nice job with our, out of the box, Dole project. We have ended up with a very nice facility that would not have happened without the perfect contractor.

Your appreciation for the customer was refreshing. This was a pretty challenging project and I never saw anyone on the site not working in the spirit of the project. Thanks for your endless efforts to manage all that was thrown at you.

Contessa

Located in the City of Commerce, Fullmer developed an over 100,000 square foot food storage facility for Contessa. The building features a 307 KW thin film BIPV Solar System to power the building and make it more environmentally friendly. Contessa achieved Gold Certification and is known as the Greenest Food Production Facility in the world

Northgate

From 2008 to 2009, during one of the most challenging time periods for the construction industry, Fullmer construction had the pleasure of building the 370,000 square foot Northgate Markets Support Center. The center features offices as well as a large warehouse for freezer/cold storage.

Shamrock

A unique functional design created by Shamrock Foods and a host of engineers produced 208,000 square feet of a prototype refrigerated storage facility. The building also features office space to accommodate a high efficiency warehousing and shipping hub.
