

Leonard Fullmer, Jr. (retired) was
in the Southern California construction industry for 41 years. He
began as a sole proprietor and retired in early 1988.
He functions in a
consultative capacity in the areas of construction management and
operations.
Robert A. Fullmer is President. Bob is responsible
for business development and
oversees the estimating and
subcontracting functions of the Company. He is a graduate of the
University of Southern California with a major in business administration.
James L. Fullmer is Chief Financial Officer.
Jim came to the business in early 1974, leaving a position as Western
Regional Sales
Manager for The Pall Corporation. He graduated from the Northrop
Institute in Los Angeles in aircraft, airframe, and power plant maintenance
engineering. Jim is responsible for all financial
and administrative operations.
Gary L. Fullmer is Vice President. Gary is responsible
for project management and oversees all field operations. He is
a Graduate of Northrop Institute in Los Angeles in aircraft, airframe,
and power plant maintenance and came to Fullmer from a position in
the
aviation
industry in 1973.
Bradley J. Anderson is Vice President, Commercial
Construction. Brad has extensive experience in residential and commercial
construction and
since joining
the Company in 1988, he has developed the growing and successful
division of Commercial Construction encompassing office, medical,
church construction, and tenant improvement. Brad is responsible
for all phases of contracting including estimating, contract negotiations,
project
management,
subcontractor
selection, and management of support staff.
Daniel J. Mitchell is Vice President, Industrial
Construction. Danny has been with the Company since 1997 and has
a great deal of experience
in industrial construction. He is responsible for all phases of
contracting including estimating, contract negotiations, project
management, subcontractor selection, and management of support staff.
Loyd E. Mcghee, Jr. is the President of Fullmer
Concrete Construction. Loyd is responsible for the management of
field personnel, estimating
all concrete work, and selecting subcontractors and suppliers. Loyd
joined the Company in 1977 and has held many positions with Fullmer
which have developed into his current position at Fullmer Concrete
Construction.
