Fullmer recently completed Mayten Business Park, a six-building master planned industrial park totaling 169,036 square feet and located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The speculative warehouse and office buildings are situated on a unique lot and adjacent to Lowe’s and other retail tenants. The office space varies from 2,496 square feet to 3,084 square feet for each building. According to the city of Rancho Cucamonga, the economic market conditions for logistics and manufacturing remain strong in this region. Three of the buildings have been sold, and the other three buildings were leased at completion. The park has convenient access to 15, 10, and 210 Freeways.

Warehouse highlights include clear heights ranging from 24’ to 28’, ESFR sprinkler systems, 20% skylights, concrete 6” floor slab, and 1,200-amp with an 800-amp main breaker. Each warehouse is equipped with a secured truck court, trailer parking stalls and plenty of auto parking.
