Fullmer Construction completed Building C of Westlake Park Place, the corporate office building complex located in the heart of the Westlake Village business district just off the 101 freeway and Westlake Boulevard. This 102,012 square foot building is the new corporate headquarters of Dole Packaged Foods. Built with beautiful Mediterranean style architecture to match the rest of the complex, the 4-floor structure provides many state-of-the-art options for its new tenant, including food testing labs, training kitchens, and numerous conference and training rooms.

There is also a 2200 panel 577 kW solar feature in the parking area that powers much of the building, and helped Westlake Park Place Building C achieve LEED Gold Certification.

Solar Construction Sample Projects

Located just North of the 10 freeway in Palm Desert, CA, Fullmer completed a large ground-mounted solar photovoltaic system for Xavier College Prep High School. The system powers much of the campus, and provides numerous energy benefits. Its positioning directly behind the school enables it to remain out of sight, while at the same time its position against the desert mountains makes the system a beautiful addition to this great school.

Fullmer completed a full 352 kW solar parking structure for Sacred Heart in Palm Desert, CA. Located near the 111 highway and not far from the 10 freeway, the Sacred Heart campus consists of both a Catholic Church and K-6 School. The solar structures provide much needed parking shelter from the hot desert sun, as well as energy savings to much of the campus.

Located in the City of Commerce with close access to all major freeways, Fullmer developed a state-of-the-art 111,260 square foot food storage facility for Contessa Premium Foods. The building features a 307 kW thin film BIPV Solar System to power the building and make it more environmentally friendly. Contessa achieved LEED Gold Certification and is known as the Greenest Food Production Facility in the world, also becoming the only facility in existence to hold Gold LEED, Organic and SQF certifications at the same time.

Located in Azusa, CA, this 72,000 square foot concrete tilt-up warehouse also features a 39 kW roof mounted solar photvaltaic system that powers the facility.
