Warehouse Featured Project

Centerpointe was a project consisting of 6 warehouse buildings totaling 2.1 million square feet. Fullmer completed the project in Moreno Valley for Ridge Property Group completing all 6 buildings in one phase and extensive street improvements in the area. The 6 warehouses were completed in the same park and feature warehouse space as well as office space.

Warehouse Sample Projects

Built with the development firm Sares Regis Group, this 983,986 square feet build-to-suit project in Redlands was for Salton, best known for George Foreman Grills. Fullmer was proud to be hired by Salton to be their design-build contractor prior to them selecting the final site and development group.

Fullmer developed two different projects for Global Access including one large warehouse at 1,000,000 square feet and a smaller tilt-up at 296,000 square feet. Both buildings are Gold LEED certified and Fullmer worked with the owners to help them achieve this certification by managing the building process. Fullmer completed this spec building for DCT (Diversified Capital Trust) Indsutrial in Victorville. All 1,000,000 square feet were developed with development manager Sterling Development as part of the Masterplan Industrial Park at Southern California Logistics Airport.

The Unilever warehouse was a build-to-suit project developed for ProLogis. It was a unique development for Fullmer to work on because it required that Fullmer develop a unique hazardous material storage area within the warehouse.

Developed in Perris, this build to suit project was completed for Hanes. This project was a collaborative effort between Ridge Development, Hanes and all of Hanes' racking and material handling consultants and Fullmer. Designed and built in 9 months, Fullmer was able to accommodate the expedited needs of Hanes.
