Contractor of the Year REXIE Award Winner

FULLMER Construction is proud to announce that it has been named NAIOP Inland Empire’s Industrial Building Contractor of the Year for 2014.

In 2014 Fullmer Construction built on the company’s legacy of nearly 70 years in the industry and over 140,000,000 SF constructed.

Projects in 2014 included:

  1. 2 buildings totaling over 1,200,000 square feet for DCT and tenant Distrubtion Alternatives.
  2. 800,000 SF Francis Distribution Center for alere Property Group.
  3. 927,000 SF districtuion facility in Rialo for DCT.
  4. 810,000 SF Prologis Redlands Distribution Center.

These project among many others brought FULLMER to nearly 5,000,000 SF constructed in 2014 in the Inland Empire area. FULLMER’s projects have ranged from 90,000 SF up to nearly 1,000,000 SF; stand-alone buildings to business parks and speculative development to design-build for tenants such as FedEx. FULLMER is proud to have built these fcilities and many new partnerships in 2014.
