Oakmont 6th & Utica Industrial Building Completed in Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Oakmont 6th & Utica is a 160,980 square foot LEED certified industrial building located near 6th St. and Utica Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with close proximity to the 15, 60, 10 and 210 freeways. Fullmer’s latest completed project offers both excellent warehouse space, as well as two office buildouts, one on each end of the truck court. The buildout on the Southeast corner is for future office space, while the Southwest corner offers a 4,080 square foot completed office space with mezzanine.  

Warehouse features include 19 dock high doors, two drive through doors, 32’ clear ceilings, 3% skylights, and ESFR sprinkler system. 22 trailer parking spaces, an exterior fire pump room and trash enclosure complete the 177’ secured truck court.

Site improvements include a 1,575 square foot “safe dispersal”/keep clear area at the Southeast corner of the truck court, 90 auto parking spaces including 10 clean-air vehicle stalls, and outdoor lunch patio complete with a painted steel trellis for cover. A 3,500 square foot easement highlights the Northwest corner of the site, and 34,477 square feet of landscaping completes the site and beautifies this industrial area of Rancho Cucamonga. 

Constructed on a portion of a large field which previously separated Utica Avenue between 6th Street and 7th Street, offsite improvements included paving and adding that portion of 6th Avenue, which is now a completed thoroughfare. Situated in a prime IE West location of the Southern California industrial market, Oakmont 6th & Utica is located within 60 miles of the ports and LAX airport.

The project was completed within the original budget.
