Perris Logistics Center North

We are proud to annouce the completion of Perris Logistics Center North, a 1,020,657 sf warehouse developed for IDI Logistics. Strategically located on 49 acres in Perris, CA, the facility offers direct access to I-215 and SR-60 and is surrounded by leading brands like Kraft, Home Depot, Wayfair, and General Mills. The building is fully leased to Lowe’s.

Key features include 42’ clear heights, 153 dock doors, ESFR fire sprinklers, 4,000 amps (UGPS) electrical service, four 12’ x 14’ drive-in doors, a 7” thick 4000 psi reinforced floor slab, and 510 trailer parking stalls. The project is pursuing LEED® certification with sustainable features such as water-efficient landscaping and low-emitting materials.

Designed to support today’s industrial demands, the warehouse also offers 30,000 sf of build-to-suit office space and a custom outdoor basketball court.
